Interviews – an important part of the project communication.
Interviews with project partners are one of the most valuable tools. They collect opinions, build understanding, trust and alignment among everyone involved.
Every partner brings a different perspective and experience and this shared understanding forms the foundation of effective collaboration. Partners can express their motivations, challenges and goals in their own words. These qualitative insights often reveal hidden needs or opportunities.
Interviews also signal that you value the partners voices. Taking time to listen fosters respect and trust. When partners are heard and understood, they are more engaged and committed.
We at Armengaud Innovate think: “Interviews with project partners are not just a communication tool – they are a strategic investment in collaboration, innovation and long-term success.”
Very important is: “They don’t need to be perfect – what matters most is engaging genuienely, asking thoughtful questions and being open to the insights and discoveries that naturally emerge from honest conversation.”

As an example Armengaud Innovate made SmartCorners, EM-TECH and HighScape interviews from the Elaphe event at AMZS test track in Vransko in September 2025.
Be yourself – it doesn’t have to be perfect.
“Authenticity matters more than perfection.” In interviews or in any new situation, what truly counts is showing who you are and giving your best effort. What people remember is your honesty, your attitude and your willingness to try. Trying – even imperfectly – shows courage, growth and genuine interest!
